Q2 Customer Satisfaction results continue to impress at The Loan Partnership

The latest quarters customer satisfaction results are in from The Loan Partnership, and it’s fair to say they make for extremely impressive reading.

The specialist broker has its Compliance Department independently speak to 1 in 10 customers each month to make sure that service levels remain at the height at which they have become known for. The results are in for the period April to June 2023, and they show just how well the Pivotal Growth owned business is performing.

96% of people surveyed thought that the Advisor they dealt with was not only very knowledgeable but actually cared about their application. 100% of people surveyed would recommend The Loan Partnership to friends and family. One customer even went as far as to say “They worked tirelessly to sort our loan and made the process so much less stressful. We are so pleased with the outcome and it has made such a difference to our lives already”.

I’ve always felt it was vital that, outside of the advisors, we get our compliance team to speak to a decent size sample of our customers to find out directly if our service is as good as I believe it is. These results confirm what I thought I knew, and its something we will continue to monitor to make sure standards remain this high”.

The Loan Partnership receives applications for specialist finance, predominantly Bridging Finance and Second Charge Mortgages, directly from the public as well from a wide network of mortgage advisors.
