Here’s what to expect from our application packaging service, we try to keep easy and straightforward for both you and the clients.
After receiving your client’s application we’ll act quickly to confirm an offer in principle.
Once you have selected which offer to proceed with, let us know and we will issue the paperwork to you together with a list of items we need.
Once you have collated the paperwork, email it over to us.
When we receive the papers back, with proof of income and any other items that have been requested, we will instruct third parties such as mortgage companies for references and surveyors for valuations.
Upon receipt of all information, we will package the file and send it to the lender.
The lender will check the file, complete their security phone calls and issue a binding offer.
The client has a 7 day reflection period to consider if they want to complete the
loan. They can waive this any time by signing the binding offer and returning it to the lender for completion.
Commission is paid to you immediately after The Loan Partnership
receives commission paid by the lender.
