After receiving your client’s application we’ll act quickly to match them with one of our affiliate commercial advisors to confirm an offer in principle.
Once you and your client are happy, the advisor will call them to complete fact find,
complete a full underwrite, and provide advice and a recommendation.
The advisor will email the offer documents to the client.
When the advisor receives the papers back, with proof of income and any other items that have been requested, they will instruct third parties such as mortgage companies for references and surveyors for valuations.
Upon receipt of all information, the advisor will package the file and send it to the lender.
