Q2 Customer Satisfaction results continue to impress at The Loan Partnership

The latest quarters customer satisfaction results are in from The Loan Partnership, and it’s fair to say they make for extremely impressive reading.

The specialist broker has its Compliance Department independently speak to 1 in 10 customers each month to make sure that service levels remain at the height at which they have become known for. The results are in for the period April to June 2023, and they show just how well the Pivotal Growth owned business is performing.

96% of people surveyed thought that the Advisor they dealt with was not only very knowledgeable but actually cared about their application. 100% of people surveyed would recommend The Loan Partnership to friends and family. One customer even went as far as to say “They worked tirelessly to sort our loan and made the process so much less stressful. We are so pleased with the outcome and it has made such a difference to our lives already”.

Joe Defries, Managing Director at The Loan Partnership, commented “I’m so proud of the team and the results of these surveys. I’ve always felt it was vital that, outside of the advisors, we get our compliance team to speak to a decent size sample of our customers to find out directly if our service is as good as I believe it is. These results confirm what I thought I knew, and its something we will continue to monitor to make sure standards remain this high”.

The Loan Partnership receives applications for specialist finance, predominantly Bridging Finance and Second Charge Mortgages, directly from the public as well from a wide network of mortgage advisors.

The Loan Partnership complete a second charge mortgage in 13 days

Call us now on 01923 250090

Leading specialist finance broker, The Loan Partnership, has recently completed a second charge mortgage for a customer in 13 days.

They were approached by a mortgage broker who was unable to place the application for a remortgage due to historical credit history and were able to place the case with leading lender United Trust Bank. Despite the need to get the consent of the first mortgage company to the proposed second charge, completion still took place in under two weeks.

The outcome for the customer was very favourable. They consolidated their existing credit, securing a better rate and reduced their monthly outgoings by over £200 per month.

Joe Defries, Managing Director of The Loan Partnership, commented: “These are the type of applications I am delighted to see complete. Our priority is the right outcome for our customers, and it’s great to see a ‘win win’ situation where our introducer, our customer and our lender are all very happy with what we have achieved. This can only be done with full co-operation of all parties to the transaction, and we are grateful to have valued introducers and great relationships with our lenders that make this possible.”

Caroline Mirakian, Sales and Marketing Director at UTB said: “It always makes our task much easier when we receive well packaged business, which is what The Loan Partnership are renowned for. Our products are designed to help customers who may have had credit blemishes in the past but are currently doing well and with our help, can do even better. UTB remains committed to the second charge market and our valued introducers, like The Loan Partnership.”

The last couple of months have shown us we were right, and we’re delighted to be able to promote them both. It’s been a challenging couple of months for the whole industry, not just The Loan Partnership, and Joe, Sarah, John, and the team have coped admirably and continued to drive strong performance and the right outcomes for our customers.
