With a passion for people and having built a respected reputation across the financial sector, director John had a vision to create a brand new brokerage service that would bridge the advisory gap to support not only homeowners and business borrowers but fellow brokerages and financial advisors alike.
And so The Loan Partnership was born in 2013.
Located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, The Loan Partnership specialises in offering expert financial advice and guidance for second charge mortgages, bridging loans, commercial finance and development finance.
Over the last decade, the TLP team has grown, the office has certainly gotten bigger and the market is more complex than ever but the original vision remains the same – to help all those seeking financial expertise to get the service they deserve and finance they need.
